Donald Trump Jr. has finalized a $7.6 million buyout of his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle's ownership interest in their Jupiter waterfront property, according to a deed filed Monday and reported by The Palm Beach Post.
The transaction, which closed July 25, gives Trump Jr. sole ownership of the estate located in Admirals Cove, an exclusive gated community in Jupiter. The property represents one of the last significant financial ties between the former couple.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle originally purchased the residence together in 2021 for $9.7 million during their relationship. The expansive waterfront home spans more than 11,000 square feet and features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Property amenities include a swimming pool, private dock, elevator, and extensive water views.
The pair's engagement ended quietly in 2024 after several years together. Though they never married, Trump Jr. has since remarried, wedding Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson in May.
Guilfoyle has also moved forward professionally, currently serving as the U.S. ambassador to Greece.
The substantial payout underscores the financial complexity of unwinding shared assets following high-profile relationships. With the buyout complete, Trump Jr. now holds full control of the Jupiter estate while establishing his new life with Anderson in Palm Beach.
