Theresa Randle, the 61-year-old actress recognized for her performances in the 'Bad Boys' film series and 'Malcolm X,' is confronting serious allegations from her former partner, who has obtained a temporary restraining order against her following claims of repeated home invasions and violent threats.
Dario Pallini, who dated Randle for two years before their 2024 separation, filed a petition detailing what he describes as an escalating pattern of harassment and dangerous behavior. According to court documents, Pallini alleges that Randle has broken into his residence on multiple occasions in recent weeks.
The most recent incident allegedly occurred on June 1, when Pallini claims he returned home to discover Randle inside his residence. In his petition, Pallini states he found her "sitting in my closet with my dog" and "smoking crack," according to TMZ.com. He further alleges she expressed surprise at his presence, stating "she thought I was in jail."
When Pallini requested that she leave the premises, he claims the situation deteriorated rapidly. According to the filing, Randle "began saying things that didn't make sense" and directed a racial slur at him, telling him "she doesn't bow down to no man, you Aryan piece of s***," Pallini told TMZ.com.
The confrontation allegedly turned physical when Pallini threatened to contact law enforcement. He claims Randle threw a can of vegetables at him, striking him in the head. Police were subsequently called to the scene and required her to leave the property.
This was not an isolated incident, according to the petition. Pallini alleges that on May 18, he awoke to find Randle already inside his apartment. He claims he could "tell she was high because she started to clean my house and telling me that I owe her," as stated in court documents obtained by TMZ.com.
During that earlier encounter, Pallini alleges Randle threatened to shoot him before grabbing a pole that was part of his medical bed and swinging it at his head. While he claims she struck him in the shoulder, he was able to wrestle the pole away from her. Randle was arrested following that incident, according to the filing.
In his petition, Pallini expressed concern for both Randle's well-being and his own safety, stating, "She is addicted to drugs and needs help," according to TMZ.com. He has indicated fear that she may return and break into his home again.
A judge has granted the temporary restraining order, with a hearing scheduled for Monday, June 23. The order provides immediate legal protection while the court considers whether to extend it.
These allegations represent the latest in a series of legal troubles for Randle. She was arrested on March 1 on a felony corporal injury charge, though prosecutors later dropped the case. Prior to that, she faced assault charges following an October 2024 arrest, but the district attorney declined to pursue charges in that matter as well.
Randle gained prominence through her role in the 'Bad Boys' franchise alongside Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, and has maintained a career in film and television spanning several decades. The current legal proceedings raise questions about the actress's personal struggles and the support systems available to individuals facing substance abuse challenges in the entertainment industry.
