Tom Sandoval addressed his ongoing legal dispute with former girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson on Saturday, June 27, as law enforcement officials supervised both parties removing personal items from their shared Los Angeles area residence.

The 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum explained the circumstances to TMZ as he departed the property, stating that Robinson, 33, and her father had been issued an immediate move-out order and restraining order. When asked whether he anticipated the dispute would be resolved that day, Sandoval responded with a terse negative.

The tense exchange occurred amid escalating legal proceedings between the former couple. Video footage captured during the property removal showed a heated confrontation, with a woman presumed to be Robinson heard making disparaging remarks referencing Sandoval's previous relationships, including his contentious breakup with Ariana Madix following his admitted infidelity with Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel "Raquel" Leviss.

Law enforcement sources indicated that police presence was solely to maintain peace between the parties and that no laws were violated during the property removal process.

The legal conflict intensified on Thursday, June 24, when Sandoval filed for a domestic violence restraining order against both Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson. In his court declaration, the Traitors star accused them of verbal and physical abuse during a June 3 confrontation at the residence.

According to court documents, Sandoval alleged that Will Robinson physically attacked him, grabbing and restraining him before pursuing him into a bedroom and punching a 12-inch hole in the door. Sandoval further claimed that Robinson's father threatened him through the damaged door, stating he would destroy him. The reality television personality also accused Victoria Lee Robinson of striking him in the face during an argument about unauthorized recording.

Robinson was arrested following the June 3 incident. In his court filing, Sandoval acknowledged assisting with her bail release, a decision he characterized as regrettable in hindsight. He detailed providing financial assistance to Robinson's mother for bail after accepting a phone call from Robinson while she was in custody.

Sandoval's allegations extended beyond the June 3 incident, including claims of device tampering and GPS tracking of his vehicle. Video evidence that subsequently emerged appeared to show Sandoval pushing Will Robinson into a lit fire pit during the altercation, followed by Sandoval retreating into the residence with Will Robinson in pursuit.

On Friday, June 27, Will Robinson filed a counter-request for a restraining order against Sandoval, alleging significant injuries including a ruptured disc in his back, a broken thumb and elbow, and a heel wound. A court initially ruled against the request, determining that additional information would be required at a properly noticed hearing before rendering a final decision.

Representatives for both Sandoval and Robinson had not provided comment on the ongoing legal proceedings as of Saturday evening. The dispute represents the latest controversy for Sandoval, whose public image suffered significant damage following the revelation of his infidelity scandal that dominated headlines and became a central storyline on Vanderpump Rules.
