New Court Filings Detail Abuse Allegations Against Tate Brothers

Newly filed court documents in the United Kingdom's extradition cases against Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate contain graphic allegations of coercion and assault, according to records obtained by TMZ. The filings, reported on October 6, 2026, detail claims from multiple women about their experiences with the brothers.

One accuser alleges that Andrew Tate persuaded her to relocate to Romania in 2017 by promising she could decide for herself whether to participate in webcam work. According to the court documents, she claims that arrangement changed after her arrival. The woman says she was required to work 12-hour shifts while Andrew Tate, Tristan Tate, and other individuals managed the online chats and collected payments for sexual acts to which she had not consented.

The filing states that the woman had explicitly refused to engage in anal activity, but her limits were disregarded. She alleges she was coerced into using sex toys and, in one instance, was made to perform a sex act on a bed knob for an hour. She characterized the overall experience as feeling like "sexual slavery."

A separate woman levels disturbing allegations against Tristan Tate in the same documents. She claims he repeatedly choked her until she lost consciousness during sex and, on some occasions, allegedly penetrated her anally while she was unconscious. She also says he once told her that "the more he liked someone, the more he wanted to hurt them."

Joe McBride, an attorney for the brothers, provided a statement to TMZ: "The United Kingdom has carried out a political kidnapping of two American citizens and defamed them before the world. Britain now expects the public to believe that Andrew and Tristan Tate, two men whom women have pursued their entire adult lives, needed to coerce anyone into anything. The low-IQ morons of the world may believe it. Britain is counting on them."

As TMZ has previously reported, these allegations form part of the UK's extradition proceedings against Andrew and Tristan Tate. Both brothers have denied any wrongdoing.
