The contentious divorce proceedings between reality television personality Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann have taken another turn, with new court documents alleging that Biermann brought a woman with connections to adult content platforms on a family vacation with the couple's minor children.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, June 4, Biermann, 40, allegedly invited the woman on a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida during spring break 2026. The allegations were detailed in a letter written by the mother of a girlfriend of one of Zolciak and Biermann's sons, raising concerns about the appropriateness of the woman's presence around teenage children.
The letter writer described learning about the woman's presence only after the trip concluded. The concerned parent referenced the woman's apparent involvement with sexually explicit content online, noting that while much of this material had recently been removed from the internet, she had viewed the photographs before their deletion. The letter expressed serious reservations about such an individual being around teenage children or providing guidance on their behavior.
In the correspondence, which was first reported by TMZ, the unidentified individual drew a hypothetical comparison, stating she would assume Biermann would object if she took one of his children on a trip with a male OnlyFans model as her guest. The letter writer has since prohibited her own daughter from spending extended time around the woman in question.
It remains unclear whether Biermann has actually engaged in relationships with individuals associated with OnlyFans or if this reference served as a generic example. Us Weekly has reached out to Biermann's attorney for comment on the allegations.
The letter was addressed to the court-appointed guardian responsible for making custody recommendations in the divorce case. The author clarified that the purpose was not to advocate for removing the Biermann children from either parent's care, but rather to express hope that the children could maintain relationships with both parents if possible.
Zolciak, 48, and Biermann share four minor children: KJ, 15, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. The former couple has been embroiled in a highly publicized legal battle since initially filing for divorce in May 2023. After a brief reconciliation several months later, divorce proceedings resumed by August 2023.
In March, Biermann filed a request for sole custody of the couple's minor children, departing from a previously agreed-upon joint custody arrangement. A judge subsequently approved a temporary parenting plan placing the children in Biermann's physical custody.
Zolciak's recent court filings allege that Biermann has engaged in sexual relationships with multiple women in recent months, including instances where a female companion stayed at his residence and accompanied him on vacation with the children allegedly present. The documents claim the children reported not seeing their father for extended periods while hearing him engage in sexual acts with his companion.
According to court documents, Biermann testified that the woman in question was merely a friend. Zolciak is also the mother of daughters Brielle Biermann, 29, and Ariana Biermann, 24, whom Kroy legally adopted in 2013.
