A luxury North Bay Road residence has hit the Miami Beach market with a $10 million price tag, representing a significant markup for reality television personality Josh Flagg, who acquired the property in 2023 for $4.7 million.

The former "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star partnered with Carolwood principals Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld to transform the estate into a high-end showcase in one of Miami Beach's most sought-after enclaves. The property sits among some of South Florida's priciest real estate, with soccer superstar David Beckham numbered among the area's high-profile residents.

The gated Mediterranean-style estate encompasses 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 4,062 square feet of living space across a lushly landscaped lot designed for privacy and indoor-outdoor entertaining. A detached pool pavilion features a sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower, and powder room, catering to the wellness-focused lifestyle increasingly popular among luxury homebuyers.

New York-based BUILTIN Studio and designer Gary Eisner led the renovation, preserving the home's classic architectural character while introducing contemporary luxury finishes throughout. The project included vaulted ceilings, custom steel windows and doors, a white oak chef's kitchen outfitted with Sub-Zero appliances, and spa-inspired bathrooms featuring premium stonework and custom millwork.

"If something cost $1,000, we spent $2,000. By the end, we weren't building a house ... we were personally stimulating the South Florida economy," Flagg told TMZ, characterizing the investment approach taken during the renovation.

The listing, held by Jordan Karp, represents the latest in a series of high-value real estate transactions along North Bay Road, where waterfront properties and Mediterranean-style estates command premium prices. The nearly $5.3 million potential profit margin reflects both the quality of the renovation work and the continued strength of Miami Beach's luxury real estate market.

The property's location in one of Miami Beach's most exclusive neighborhoods positions it among a select inventory of ultra-luxury homes, where privacy, architectural distinction, and proximity to high-profile residents drive valuations well above typical market rates.
