Fab Morvan of Milli Vanilli has revealed that he never reconciled with music industry titan Clive Davis before the legendary producer's death this week at the age of 94.

Speaking to TMZ in New York City on Tuesday, Morvan addressed his longstanding feud with Davis, acknowledging that death is simply a part of life. While the two never had the chance to resolve their differences, Morvan indicated there appears to be no lingering animosity on his part.

The rift between Morvan and Davis dates back to the early 1990s, when Milli Vanilli's meteoric rise came to an abrupt halt amid a lip-syncing scandal. The controversy led to Arista Records, the label headed by Davis, dropping the duo from its roster.

At the heart of their dispute was a fundamental disagreement about who knew what and when. Morvan consistently maintained that executives at Arista Records, including Davis himself, were aware of the lip-syncing before the scandal became public. Davis, however, firmly denied having any such knowledge.

According to Morvan's recent comments, the two men drifted apart over the years and never found an opportunity to bury the hatchet. The unresolved nature of their relationship serves as a reminder of how professional disputes can persist across decades, even as the parties involved move forward with their lives and careers.

Davis, who died this week, leaves behind an extraordinary legacy in the music industry. His career spanned more than five decades and included the discovery and development of numerous iconic artists. The producer's passing marks the end of an era in popular music, even as questions about his relationship with Morvan remain part of his complex history.

Morvan's reflective comments suggest a philosophical acceptance of their unfinished business, acknowledging that not all conflicts find resolution before time runs out.
