Diddy's Former Staff Join Usher and Chris Brown Tour

Several individuals who previously worked for Diddy have secured positions on Usher's record-breaking tour with Chris Brown, according to a Rolling Stone report cited by TMZ.com. The hires provide a new professional landing spot for former members of Diddy's team while their former employer serves a prison stint.

Among those who have joined "The R&B Tour" are Kristina Khorram, Diddy's former chief of staff, a personal assistant whose name came up repeatedly during his trial, and a photographer who had worked with the mogul on a documentary shortly before his arrest. The specific roles these individuals hold on the tour have not been fully disclosed, and it remains unclear who within the tour organization made the hiring decisions.

Khorram spent years working for Diddy before being elevated to the chief of staff position in 2020. Although she was not called to testify during his federal trial last year, she has strongly denied any allegations of wrongdoing connected to her. According to Rolling Stone, Diddy's former personal assistant has already been removed from his role with Usher's tour.

The connection between Usher and Diddy stretches back decades. Diddy originally brought Usher into his orbit as a favor to music producer L.A. Reid, and the two artists maintained a working relationship over the years. In 2016, they shared a stage during Bad Boy's reunion tour. In more recent years, Usher has avoided publicly distancing himself from Diddy, choosing instead to highlight the mogul's contributions to the music industry.

The tour itself has been a major commercial success, and the addition of former Diddy staffers adds another layer to the ongoing story of how those in Diddy's professional circle are navigating their careers following his legal troubles. The report was published by TMZ.com on September 24, 2026, at 8:05 AM PDT.
