Diamond Brown Seeks Child Support Increase From Chris Brown

Chris Brown's legal battle over child support intensified this week after Diamond Brown, the mother of his 4-year-old daughter Lovely, filed court documents seeking a significant increase in monthly payments while claiming the singer has not asked to see the child in more than half a year.

According to court paperwork obtained by TMZ, Diamond Brown states that Lovely resides with her approximately 90% of the time. While she acknowledges that Chris Brown's touring schedule frequently takes him out of town, she alleges he has not requested visitation with their daughter in the last 6 to 7 months.

The filing also describes a proposal from the singer to bring Lovely on tour during alternating weekends, an arrangement Diamond Brown characterized as inappropriate for a child of that age. She noted that Chris Brown would be occupied with work obligations during those periods, leaving the child in the care of a nanny, a scenario she found objectionable.

In the documents, Diamond Brown maintains that she has consistently encouraged the relationship between Lovely and her father and has attempted to nurture that bond, but she describes Chris Brown as "often uninterested."

The filing also draws attention to Chris Brown's spending habits, noting that he has given a fan and her family a brand new car along with $10,000 in cash. Diamond Brown further points to luxury gifts given to the mothers of his other children, including a Hermes handbag for the mother of his second child and Prada handbags for the mother of his first child.

Diamond Brown states that she falls further into debt each month because the $7,000 she receives in support does not cover her expenses. She is requesting that the court raise the payment to a minimum of $30,000 per month.

As TMZ previously reported, Chris Brown's other baby mamas came to his defense after Diamond Brown made her claims in court, stating that he provides for all of his children.
