Singer Benson Boone and social media influencer Alix Earle have fueled weeks of dating rumors by sharing a passionate kiss in his newly released music video, which premiered Thursday.
The music video for Benson Boone's "The Time of My Life" features the pair as the central characters in an elaborate theatrical love story. The narrative follows them from backstage interactions through a fantasy romance that includes rowing together in a boat, engaging in sword fights at a tavern, battling a dragon, and participating in a wedding ceremony. The video culminates with the two sharing a kiss in the final scene.
The release follows TMZ's earlier reporting that Alix Earle would star in the video and had spent the week filming alongside Benson Boone. Sources indicated to the outlet that their chemistry during production was unmistakable, with Earle frequently laughing around Boone and the atmosphere between them appearing flirtatious.
The speculation intensified after TMZ photographed the two dining together at Craig's in Los Angeles following their filming session last week. When questioned about whether they were dating, Benson Boone responded with a denial, stating they were simply spending time together.
Despite the public denials, the combination of their on-screen romance and reports from those who observed their interactions during production has kept fans questioning whether their relationship extends beyond professional collaboration. The music video's romantic storyline and the pair's apparent comfort with one another have only intensified public curiosity about the nature of their connection.
The collaboration represents a crossover between the music and social media influencer worlds, with Benson Boone's rising musical career intersecting with Alix Earle's substantial online following. Whether their partnership remains strictly professional or develops into something more personal, the video has successfully captured audience attention and generated significant buzz across social media platforms.
