Grammy-winning artist Anderson .Paak has finalized his divorce from Jae Lin, bringing closure to a legal battle that included disagreements over custody arrangements for their two children.

Court documents filed on Monday, September 2, reveal that the musician and his former spouse reached an agreement covering property division and support matters, according to TMZ. The settlement resolves disputes that emerged after Anderson .Paak initiated divorce proceedings in early 2024, ending a marriage that began in 2010.

The custody arrangement became a point of contention between the former couple. While Anderson .Paak requested joint custody of their two children in his initial petition, Jae Lin opposed that proposal and instead sought primary custody. The terms of their final custody agreement were not disclosed in the court filings.

Anderson .Paak's original divorce petition notably omitted a separation date, leaving unclear exactly when the couple's relationship ended before the formal legal filing.

Following the separation, the artist has been photographed in the company of high-profile figures including Mariah Carey and Jeannie Mai, though the nature of those relationships has not been publicly confirmed.

The settlement marks the official end of the legal proceedings, allowing both parties to move forward independently after more than a decade of marriage.
