According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Ramone has formally objected to Mendes being awarded primary custody of their child. In her filing, she is requesting that he provide monthly payments for both child and spousal support. The couple shares one daughter, who was born in November 2023.

The reality television personality has proposed a joint legal and physical custody arrangement for their daughter, rather than the primary custody arrangement Mendes has sought.

Mendes reported earning approximately ten thousand dollars monthly, while Ramone indicated her income is roughly half that amount. Mendes has also requested the court award him specific assets from the marriage, including eight thousand dollars he claims to have in his 401K retirement account, a Honda Ridgeline vehicle, and a Tempur-Pedic mattress.
The divorce proceedings follow a domestic incident that resulted in Ramone's arrest. She was taken into custody after allegedly slapping Mendes during an argument at their Las Vegas residence. However, prosecutors ultimately declined to pursue charges in the matter.
