Reality television personalities Eric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha are navigating profound grief following the death of their infant daughter, with no immediate plans to expand their family. The couple, known for their appearance on the reality series "90 Day Fiancé," lost their daughter Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook in July 2025 after she was removed from life support.

According to Rosenbrook, the couple has not yet decided whether they will attempt to have another child. The grieving parents are focusing on processing their loss and taking each day as it comes, rather than making long-term family planning decisions during this difficult period.

Challenging Medical Examiner Findings

Compounding the couple's grief is an ongoing dispute with the official cause of death determination. The medical examiner classified Alisa's death as "non-accidental," a ruling that Rosenbrook is actively contesting. The family has retained a private medical examiner to conduct an independent review of the autopsy findings.

Rosenbrook maintains that the private expert has identified significant deficiencies in the original examination. He claims the independent review suggests the initial autopsy was inadequately performed, with crucial procedural steps allegedly omitted from the investigation. Specifically, Rosenbrook asserts that the official report failed to establish a definitive timeline for a fracture referenced in the findings.

According to Rosenbrook, the private medical examiner believes one injury may have occurred during Alisa's cesarean section delivery, which took place approximately five weeks before her death. Additionally, he claims that a rib fracture documented in the report could have resulted from cardiopulmonary resuscitation efforts.

Legal Matters Resolved

Separate from the autopsy dispute, Rosenbrook recently resolved a legal matter related to operating under the influence. Court documents indicate he entered a no contest plea to one charge, while two additional charges were dismissed. As part of the resolution, he was ordered to pay $968 in fines and avoided incarceration.

The couple continues to navigate the complex intersection of public scrutiny, personal tragedy, and legal challenges as they work through their grief. Their decision to hire independent medical expertise reflects their determination to seek what they believe is an accurate accounting of their daughter's death.
