Lilianet Solares filed court documents seeking to modify their existing child support arrangement, claiming that Tamburello has not provided health insurance for their son, Christopher Solares, despite court orders requiring him to do so. The couple finalized their divorce in November 2023, with the settlement requiring Tamburello to pay $761 per month in child support. Additionally, the reality star was ordered to pay $332 for each week he cannot exercise parenting time due to work obligations. The former spouses share joint custody of their son under the current arrangement.
According to the court filing, the original child support calculation was based on the assumption that Tamburello would provide health insurance coverage for their child. Solares now asserts that he has failed to maintain this coverage for three years, fundamentally altering the financial equation that determined the support amount.
