Rapper NBA YoungBoy Welcomes 13th Child with Wife Jazlyn Mychelle

Baton Rouge native and chart-topping rapper NBA YoungBoy has expanded his growing family once again, announcing the birth of his 13th child over the weekend. The artist, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, and his wife Jazlyn Mychelle welcomed their third child together—a baby girl—on Sunday, February 22.

The 26-year-old rapper shared the news through his Instagram story, posting a video from what appeared to be the hospital room. In the recording, NBA YoungBoy could be heard expressing his excitement, stating, "My gangsta had her baby!" When he asked his wife how she felt following the delivery, Jazlyn responded simply, "Relieved."

This latest addition to the family represents the third child for the married couple, who already share a son and daughter. The newborn joins NBA YoungBoy's 10 other children from previous relationships, making him a father of 13 at a relatively young age.

NBA YoungBoy, known for hit songs including "Bandit" and his prolific output in the hip-hop industry, has been open about his large family throughout his career. The rapper has frequently referenced his children in his music and social media presence, often emphasizing his role as a father alongside his musical endeavors.

The announcement comes as the Louisiana rapper continues to maintain his position as one of the most-streamed artists in contemporary hip-hop. Despite various legal challenges and personal controversies throughout his career, NBA YoungBoy has remained a dominant force in the music industry, consistently releasing new material and maintaining a dedicated fan base.

Neither the rapper nor his wife has released additional details about the newborn, including her name or specific birth details. The couple has historically maintained some privacy regarding their children, though they occasionally share family moments with fans through social media platforms.

As news of the birth circulated on social media Sunday evening, fans and fellow artists offered their congratulations to the growing family. The announcement has generated significant attention across entertainment news outlets and social media platforms, with many discussing the rapper's expanding household.
