Hollywood Hills Murder-Linked Rental Cut to $18,950

The Hollywood Hills residence connected to the D4vd murder case continues to sit without a tenant, and the landlord has reduced the asking rent once more. The property is now advertised at $18,950 per month, down from a prior listing of $21,500 and well below the $23,950 monthly figure it carried when it first entered the rental market — a cumulative discount of $5,000.

According to TMZ.com, which reported the latest reduction on November 6, 2026, the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home has drawn no takers despite the successive cuts. The property's history has complicated its appeal to prospective renters.

Law enforcement searched the residence in September 2025, days after the dismembered remains of Celeste Rivas Hernandez were found in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla. The singer moved out of the home shortly afterward. Prosecutors allege that D4vd invited the 14-year-old to the property in April 2025, after which she was not heard from again.

During the search, investigators recovered items that were later presented as evidence at the singer's preliminary hearing, including chainsaws, what appeared to be blood stains, and a cut-up inflatable pool, per TMZ.com.

The rental listing is not the only matter unresolved. D4vd's legal situation has grown more complex in recent months. In August, his private attorneys stepped away from the murder defense after he qualified for a public defender. The following month, Celeste's family brought a wrongful death lawsuit against him. D4vd has entered a not guilty plea to the criminal charges.

For the surrounding neighborhood, the vacant property and its repeated price reductions underscore how a high-profile criminal investigation can affect local real estate. The home remains on the market at $18,950 a month, awaiting a tenant willing to look past its association with the case.
